G. Kevin Miller joined PROGRESS ENVIRONMENTAL in 1981 as the firm's first full time inside sales person. Under the direction of Don Hicks, Kevin dedicated all his time to learning the business and quickly assumed the responsibilities of application engineer, service manager, and outside sales engineer. In 1985, after becoming general manager of the company, Kevin expanded the engineering staff and diversified the product lines to include Biosolids Processing and Advanced Water/Wastewater Treatment Systems. Over the years, the company continued its fast paced growth under Kevin's direction as Vice-President, President, and Chief Operating Officer. In 2002, Kevin purchased the remaining stock from the Blackmore & Glunt Organization and became the sole owner and CEO.
Kevin's academic background includes a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, an A.A. Degree in Engineering Science, a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and post graduate studies in Environmental Engineering, Advanced Fluid Mechanics and Turbomachinery Design. Kevin is a Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri and Illinois and long time member of WEF, AWWA, AICHE, IAWPCO, MSPE, and the Engineer's Club.
Originally from Vandalia, Missouri, Kevin happily resides in Chesterfield, Missouri with his wife Betsy and daughter Schuyler where he is active in the Chesterfield Day School, Windsor Crossing Church, Washington University, and the Greater St. Louis Archeological Society.
Wayne joined us in September 2005 as a new Sales Engineer covering the Illinois territory. Wayne, formerly with Goodwin Brothers Construction Company in Crystal City, Missouri, is a graduate of William Jewell College with a BA Degree in Physics.
While with Goodwin Brothers, Wayne served as a Project Engineer and Quality Control Manager on many major projects including a large pump station for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In addition to his construction experience, Wayne has over twenty years experience as field sales engineer, field service manager, and business development manager in the oil field services industry. Wayne is a native of Jefferson County, Missouri where he resides with his wife Kimberly and children Morgan, Melissa, and Daniel. His daughter Megan attends the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Corey joined the team in September of 2007. He brings with him over 10 years experience operating and managing wastewater and water treatment facilities. Corey spent over 4 years as a facility manager for Environmental Management Corporation where he managed a full public works department. Corey resides in Brighton IL with his wife Stacy and daughter Chelsey.
